This is a quality O/E kit as fitted in the boot of many of the latest cars instead of a spare wheel.

There is an electric pump which you can pump up a leaky tyre with and a container of sealant that if you have a puncture with a nail etc will seal the hole if it hasn't ripped the tyre or the tyre hasn't been driven on for any distance. ( you use it connected to the pump and the pump will force the sealant into the tyre and pump the tyre up at the same time )
