Description
The Organisational Development Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Facilitate professional learning and organisational development strategies.
Support the design and implementation of learning and development programmes.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Assist in the management of the professional development budget.
Contribute to the overall objectives of the Human Resources team.
Profile
A successful Organisational Development Specialist should have:
Prior experience in an Organisational Development or Learning role, ideally within a global organisation
Strong understanding of learning and organisational development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive learning environment.
Job Offer
A competitive salary, ranging between 42,000 - 47,000 per annum.
