Lovely East Barnet company are looking for an experienced Order Processing Administrator to join their team. This role would suit a mature candidate who is looking for longevity in their next role.

The Order Processing Administrator role will include:

Processing incoming order via email and phone Giving stock information and availability to customers Checking and double checking stock availability with the warehouse team Offering alternatives when stock items have been discontinued Researching items to ensure it best meets the needs of the client Arranging for products to be shipped worldwide Checking customers received their items other ad-hoc duties as required The ideal Order Processing Administrator:

Will be technology minded Have excellent English speaking and writing skills Live local to East Barnet Will have experience processing orders Have an interest in learning about the products In return the successful Order Processing Administrator can expect:

Salary is up to GBP26,000 p.a.

Holiday is 23 days, plus bank holidays

Hours are either 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
