THE COMPANY
This company is a leading British high–street fashion brand, who have grown to be a multichannel brand offering on–trend, value–driven fashion. They are looking for someone to join their optimisation team as a CRO Specialist, managing and optimising their website across all devices in category management, attribution, discoverability, and product. They want a highly driven, self–motivated candidate with a strong desire to work in fashion to become a part of the team.
THE ROLE
Managing and optimising category structures to maximise sales potentialPlanning, testing, and executing ranking strategies and rules at a category levelEnsure overall site standards are adhered tooIdentify key trends per season and ensure journeys are optimised to inspire and convertUsing a range of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Monetate, and Content Square YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experienced with technical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Monetate, and Content Square High commercial acumen with a customer–focused mindsetAnalytical ability to deliver insights and actions from dataExcellent communication and leadership skills BENEFITS
