About the Operations Team Leader role:

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager. The position will support the Operations Team with the smooth transfer and storage of customer assets.

This position is a key and integral part of the organisation. The Operations Team Leader will hold the following responsibilities:

Supervise receipt of documents and archives for transportation to our client.Supervise storage of documents and archives in the organisation.Supervise preparation of customer orders for the retrieval of documents and archives.Maintain high levels of customer service.Coordinate internal administration and preparation for monthly invoicing.Operate and maintain a computer-based document logging and tracking system.Develop, train and manage the workload within the operations team.Supervise the audit checking process and ensure all findings are reported and training issues are resolved.Ensure compliance with the Company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental policies.Hold 1-2-1meetings with direct reports to ensure staff are developed and supported.Required on occasion to work off site and supervise offsite projects. What you will need:

'A' Levels or equivalent minimum.Supervisory experience in a service industry or customer service environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsIT literate.Hold forklift Truck licence preferably.Able to work independently for long periods of time.Adaptable and flexible to varied work situations and shift patternsSelf-motivated.Clean driving license Successful applicants will also be required to undertaken security vetting.
