Description

Our client, is a leading Search & Selection Company in Leeds, who is experiencing strategic growth and is looking to add to their team with an Operations & Office Manager. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, to cover for a sabbatical, however for the right candidate, a permanent role could be considered.

Working within a supportive and diverse team, this role is an excellent opportunity, with excellent variety, working on a hybrid basis. Our client is looking for a highly skilled and professional Candidate who has a conscientious approach and has worked within a similar PA, Senior Administration, Operations or Office Management role ideally within a small, professional services led business.

The role will involve performing a variety of tasks relating to the following areas - Executive Assistant support, Operations & Administration, Compliance & Onboarding, Candidate Experience management, Marketing & Project support.

Day to day duties will include the following:

People support - involved with training and supporting new members to the teamBooking travel including flights & accommodationManaging the internal HR system, keeping all staff documentation updatedWorking with the Head of Operations, involved with supporting on ad hoc projectsManaging the organisation of quarterly company Events - thinking creatively and putting forward ideasMarketing responsibility - keeping website information updated and involved with social mediaManaging the onboarding and off boarding of new starters and CandidatesBeing a key point of contact for Contractors, focusing on providing an outstanding level of support and effectively managing queriesEnsuring all compliance is completed for Contractors, ensuring Consultants are completing necessary tasksCRM management - ensuring the workflow is completed effectively by the Consultants and ensuring all client and candidate information is up to dateGDPR - taking responsibility for the businesses data policies and GDPRInvoicing - ensuring all invoice information is correct and invoices are sent out within required timeframesWorking with Payroll and Credit Control to ensure data is correct for payrollAny other associated duties This is an incredibly varied and diverse role and as a result, we are looking for a varied level of skills and experience. You maybe a Graduate with 2 years + work experience possibly within a PA role within Law, Accountancy or another professional services firm or you may be a Senior Administrator or Office Manager role currently, looking for a new challenge. Working within this area of recruitment is incredibly interesting, with every day presenting different challenges.

What we are looking for in the right candidate:

Possibly a Graduate with 2-3 years + experience gained within a similar roleExperience as a PA, Office Administrator or an Operations or Compliance led role, ideally within a smaller professional services firmYou will take pride in producing a very high standard of work across all areas of your roleYou will enjoy a fluid culture where you can continue to learn and developStrong initiative, ideas focused and you will be happy to be involved across all areas, being that key point of "help" across the officeYou will be highly organised and you will be a natural communicator, able to build relationships with easeFriendly, positive and professional in your approach This is an excellent opportunity, working within a superb business.
