You will have the opportunity to get involved in a full site transfer as this company is moving the entire workload from their building in Coventry to their current base in Southampton. This will require your expertise in NPI and Lean manufacturing processes to transfer all the projects effectively. This key role will provide continuous improvement and enhance the development processes to ensure reliability and predictability in the Manufacturing environment. This role has vast autonomy in decision–making, allowing you to scrap old processes and create new procedures to enhance Production.You will need to have a qualification in an Engineering discipline and to have worked in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will come from a hand–built assembly manufacturing environment with at least four years of industry experience.This company is diverse and offers many routes to long–term development. The ideal candidate must come from a complex, high–tech engineering environment.This role requires the candidate to travel to Rugby every week, but the company will cover accommodation, daily allowance and travel costs.
