Operations Manager - Immersive training centres: Maternity cover (12 months)
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to manage our Immersive Training Centres. You will be responsible for overseeing the Centre staff and processes across all centre-based projects, to ensure smooth running of daily operations and offer ongoing support and guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To act as the main contact for the onsite Company Stage Managers on performance days at each centre To travel to each centre every 6-8 weeks to keep in touch and support with continuous improvement. Produce or approve operational documentation relating to the centres, ensuring procedural alignment across all sites. Create and distribute monthly reports for repeat clients and ad-hoc clients and attend monthly meetings alongside the Commercial Department Support with recruitment of freelancer and contracted roles as required on each project. Liaise with Project Scheduling leads for each centre. Collaborate with the Commercial Department to ensure efficient planning and delivery of booked dates. To support with development and implementation of new projects/project versions Attend Associate Director Meetings to track process or content changes at the centres. Facilitate regular catchups between the CSMs and relevant ATT core staff to cover all operational concerns. Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors for each centre i.e., cleaners, caterers, maintenance etc. Identify needs and implement improvement at centres to maintain the high delivery standards of ATT projects. Support with any live scheduling issues or operational issues, in collaboration with the relevant ATT project/ scheduling lead Other:
To join the 'on-call' (out of hours) telephone rota for ATT projects, dealing with both Southern/ Northern delivery team/ centre emergencies or availability issues. To lead on maintaining ATT standards / code of conduct for all centre staff and freelancers. To cover senior crew roles at centres in case of emergency / team dropouts. Who are we looking for?

Excellent relationship management skills, with a clear proactive approach to communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in event or venue management, performing arts, production, or stage management. Supervisory skills or experience leading a team. ABOUT ATT
