Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for the next step in your career. Leaders in Care are helping a high-end elderly care home provider find a full-time Operations Manager to oversee circa 10 homes in and around the Birmingham area. The role comes with an attractive salary of up to 70,000 plus Travel expenses and great benefits

You will be joining a medium-sized family run business, and as an operations manager, you will be Reporting to the Operations Director with an aligned vision for the group you will also:

Helping towards the achievement of company objectivesWorking at an Operations level within care homes for older peopleBuilding effective relationships and creating a trusting working environment.

To apply for this Operations Manager role, you will need to have had a vast amount of experience in managing care homes for the elderly, you will also require:

Experience as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager or Home Manager (will consider someone looking to develop who is ready for the next step)To have managed a portfolio of Overall Good or Outstanding Care HomesA background in Budget Management and Securing ContractsExcellent written and verbal skillsNMC Pin (Essential)Proven experience at of good or improved CQC reports
