Success Recruit are currently working with a professional & growing, branding company based in Central Essex who are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager.

Our client is looking for someone to join the founding leadership team, working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Partnerships to support with growth, organisation, and processes for the business.

The successful Operations Manager will be expected to:

Have excellent relationship skills to manage existing client partnershipsConfident managing & developing operational processesExceptional attention to detail & multi–tasking abilityEvent management experience ( sport background desirable ) The successful Operations Manager will be rewarded with:

Purpose of the roleThe purpose of the Operations Manager will be to play a leading position in the organisation supporting with daily operational activities allowing the Managing Director to focus on partnerships and managing business growth.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Improving and building out all processes across the business, documenting and communicating to the team.Problem–solving & ensuring smooth delivery of objectives.Managing the flow of communication for all retained clients to ensure strong customer service and delivery.Project Manage across all retained clients for partnership activation, ensuring internal systems are updated and tasks assigned to relevant individuals.Capture ideas and manage all communication updates to clients and minute taking.Client event management such as private dinners and sporting events.Management of event Sponsors, activation, and relationships.Bi–weekly reporting on event sales against targets.Day–to–day management of bookkeeping and supporting the Managing Director on budgeting.Office management duties to ensure HR, Insurance and day–to–day operations run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be integral with our clients business growth, supporting with all operational activity as well as ensuring the highest level of professionalism is promoted in every relationship. This position has huge potential to develop based on our client's desire to grow and become a leader within their sector.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm plus events which would be outside of standard hours (Hybrid working with 3 days in the office )

Salary: Circa GBP35k dependant on experience
