Operation Manager (Customer Service)

24 to 32 per hour (PAYE / Umbrella)
A well established consultancy firm is looking for Operations Manager to join their customer service team on a 6 months contract
You will be managing and leading a team of customer service representatives ensuring they follow all rules and procedures associated with FCA regulations and requirements, therefore the successful candidate should come back from a strong banking / Financial service background
Essential Skills
Previous experience managing and leading teamsPrevious experience working in a customer service roleStrong understanding FCA regulation and risk management
Role is based in newcastle - 5 days a week - shift pattern (08:00 to 18:00) - 6 Months Contract 24 to 32 per hour
