Salary: GBP30,00 to GBP35,000 DOE

Due to an internal promotion and a major growth of our business a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at Komplex Community

A driver is essential for this position.

What will you be doing?

To provide leadership, support, mentorship, and line management to the frontline care staffEvidence that you are organised individual who can manage all day-to-day aspects of a diverse group of clientsEnsure/monitor that the quality of the services are maintained at the highest levelLook to improve or maintain the CQC standards within all packagesHave the ability to work in a fast pace reactive environmentProvide reports and briefings to the Operations DirectorHave a can do positive attitudeHave access to your own vehicle and be able to travel to clients homeBe able to follow procedures and policies with regards to the support that is being deliveredAny other duties that the Directors may at times reasonably require What s in it for you?
