Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Operations Director to work for a growing SME in Rotherham.

This Manufacturing Operations Director role will play a key role and form part of the Senior Management team.

Reporting into the CEO you will work alongside department heads incl. Sales & Finance and will be instrumental in the delivery of long term growth objectives via operational improvements, employee engagement and ambitious capital expenditure projects.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet production goals and objectivesCollaborate with senior management to align manufacturing operations with overall business goalsDevelop and manage budgets for manufacturing operationsImplement cost control measures to optimise resources and reduce expensesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyDrive a culture of continuous improvement, enhance productivity and reduce wasteCollaborate with sales and customer service; ensure customer satisfaction throughout is consistently achieved with product quality and deliveryImplement and promote environmental sustainable practices within manufacturing operationsStay abreast of industry regulations; ensuring manufacturing operations comply with applicable standards Elevation are keen to speak with experienced Operations leaders who have demonstrable skills in the following areas:
