With a workforce of 260 and operational bases across Wales, this charity is seeking an Operations Director to provide executive leadership.This role is crucial for achieving their service and organisational objectives, maintaining governance standards, and realising our ambitions for positive change.
Your impact as Operations Director:
Collaborating with the CEO and Executive Managers to set strategic goals.Overseeing operations to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.Enhancing operational performance and financial management.Providing leadership and support to Heads of Service and ensuring compliance with policies.Representing the charity in the wider community and strategic meetings.Your impact goes beyond the office; it extends to the individuals and communities the charity serves, making a lasting difference in their lives.
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a passionate team player who shares their core values. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working with drug and alcohol misuse or mental health service users or other groups with special needs such as children, mental health, learning disabilities.Relevant leadership or management qualifications.Senior management experience.Proven problem-solving and project management skills.Demonstrable funding application / Contract tender processing and compliance.Experience in strategic planning, managing budgets and management information reporting.Full, current driving licence and use of a car which is insured for business use.
