Operations Coordinator

Based on the outskirts of Taunton

9–5 Monday – Friday

The Role

• Monitoring quality and condition of raw materials and taking samples for Goods In products and liaising with Quality if issues arise• Maintaining adequate stock levels across sites ensuring stock is kept in the correct locations in liaison with Stock Control & Planning Manager• Providing a key link between the Operations, Quality and Purchasing teams

• Assess all Goods In products and work with the Quality team to ensure efficient outcomes to any issues with product• Taking samples of life extensions and relabelling of products where required• Take on customer returns process to maintain traceability• Responsible for maintaining the stock in the right locations at all of our sites• Undertake regular cycle counts• Responsible for writing off small amounts of stock when agreed by Stock Control & Planning Manager following the correct disposal process

Driving licence is vital for this role.
