Reed Harrogate have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our client in Boroughbridge.

They are a growing business who are a marketing leading business within their sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a growing and developing business.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm - office based with occasional home working.

The role will involve:

Taking incoming calls and handling callouts with customers.Scheduling jobs for the engineers - PPM/servicing jobs, callouts and additional works.Quoting the jobs including any additional works required + service contract options.Confirming dates/times with customers.Obtaining POs.Sending RAMs/Method Statements.Liaising with engineers about diary updates/changes.Rearranging the schedule as needed to respond to callouts.Sending stock to sites and engineers.Assisting with booking van servicing and maintenance.Creating customer cases for callouts so we can track to resolution.Ensuring our data is correct and up to date. About you:

Be able to respond to changing priorities and a fast paced environment.Be forward-thinking and innovative whilst being methodical and maintaining an eye for detail.Have a professional, calm and thorough approach to work.Be a person who can confidently communicate via the phone and email.Proficient user of IT systems and able to capture and record important data.Outgoing and likeable, with the ability to confidently discuss deliverables with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.Have proven success in building and maintaining relationships to ensure high levels of customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction.Have a desire to not only meet expectations, but to exceed them.Be motivated to progress and grow in the role as part of a dynamic Operations team.Have experience of planning/scheduling.
