As we continue to grow, we have a fantastic new opportunity for an Operations Coordinator (Electronics Repair) to join us. You will play a pivotal role in keeping customers up to date with orders and deliveries.

Efficiently handle telephone traffic responding to customer enquiries regarding collections and deliveries, job status updates and related topics. This is to be done in a timely manner. Place stock orders with various suppliers. Locate the best supply options to fulfil engineers requirements with regard to lead time and price. Provide support to the engineering staff in the Operations Supervisors absence in issuing jobs and addressing administrative queries related to workshop duties and job allocation. Assist with the booking of holidays and maintenance of holiday records. Organise collections and deliveries through courier and carrier services, responding to the time constraints of each job. Ensure that quotations are dealt with within the required time according to the companies desired KPI and to follow up on quotations to convert these into repairs. Assist customers who visit the branch to collect repaired items or drop-off items to be repaired. To participate in the preparation of repaired items in readiness for delivery. Skills & Experience Required:
Educated to T or A level /HND/ NVQ4 or similar, ideally in an engineering discipline. The ability and desire to get tasks completed Ability and commitment to deliver excellent service and enjoy working with people Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a high degree of accuracy when entering data IT competent, use of Google Workspace an advantage Have the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times working independently What's Next?
