Logistics Coordinator, Slough: Dealing with all B2B customer queries and logistics matters to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reviewing processes to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as efficiently as possible.Ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to such as health and safety regulations and any industry-specific best practice guidelines.Collecting and analysing data to identify trends and potential opportunities to explore.Ensuring that the business has the personnel and resources needed to meet demand.Working with members of different departments to plan for future expansion or diversification.Also exploring B2B to help expand and develop relations.Presenting reports to internal and external stakeholdersScheduling Engineers and ensuring spare parts are delivered correctlyAnswering customer queriesOrganise and store paperwork, documents and maintain electronic databasesOther admin support where required.
