We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Operations Assistant to join our Building Services branch in Ipswich.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for serving engineers on the counter, quoting customers and stock taking. You will be a point of contact for customers and maintain high levels of customer service in order to maximise sales potential.

In this role you will be expected to adhere to health and safety guidelines in the warehouse and ensure you follow procedures for securing premises, equipment, stock and cash. This role is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30.

Previous experience in a Sales Assistant/Customer Service role

Good administration, communication and organisational skills

Be a team player and good be skilled at building relationships

Merchant experience or product knowledge is highly beneficial but not essential
