Duties:
As a Project Administrator, you'll enjoy a varied role, supporting two directors with various tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, quotes, and new business proposals
- Conducting general administration and fact-finding tasks
- Utilising Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and presentation creation
- Supporting operational activities related to business restructuring, such as evaluating job descriptions and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating effectively with the wider team and maintaining positive communication with our client base
- Taking on administrative tasks to alleviate pressure from the directors on their respective projects
Must-Have Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster positive working relationships
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
