Role: Operational Team LeaderLocation: LiverpoolWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours between 9am and 5:30pmSalary: GBP31,500-GBP37,500 plus bonus potential
What you will be doing:
To lead a team of Operational Claims handlers to achieve first class quality of technical claims handlingMaximise operational efficiencies and drive a culture of continuous improvementAccountability for team's performance against set objectivesPerformance management of staff, dealing with all aspects of people management including quality auditing, absence, holidays and time management, monthly one to one's, performance reviews, training and development, disciplinary procedures and staff welfareMaximise the imparting of technical knowledge to the team by way of mentoring and coachingKeep abreast of relevant technical and market developmentsEffectively communicate through engagement and collaboration with team members and the wider businessAssist with Ad-hoc tasks as and when the business requires What we're looking for:
