Position: Operational Planning Manager

Rate: GBP26.43 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year (December 2024)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

To conduct demand and supply analysis on student booking patterns to optimise the teaching timetable for all English Online products. To provide data-driven strategies to enable the effective management of costs of the English Online teaching operation. To ensure student satisfaction is achieved through offering a wide range of timeslot, content and teacher options. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning processes with the charity's mission and objectives. To monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the timetable using metrics such as cost per class, drawing from a robust set of analytical tools. Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operational Planning Manager in a non-profit environment. Experience of successfully delivery of business process improvement. Demonstrable experience of using Power BI an knowledge of the software development process. Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making. Proven experience of operations management with exposure to streamlining operations. Benefits:
