Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire have an exciting opportunity for Operational Manager to join the team.

Location: Nottingham, Sybil Levin Centre

Salary: GBP25,014.06 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Operational Manager The Role:

The Sybil Levin Day Service is a specialist day service supporting people with dementia.

As Operational Manager (OM) you will lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers, manage the daily staff rota, recruit, induct and support both staff and volunteers to the service and provide them with direction. You will also work directly with people with dementia across two sites (Nottingham & Eastwood)

Operational Manager You:

- You will have the ability to manage and lead a team

- Have excellent communication skills

- Having the confidence and ability to talk to and engage with people with dementia on both a one to one and a group basis

- Understanding the needs of carers and experience of working with volunteers is desirable but not essential
