Key Duties as an Onsite Recruitment Manager

Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team.Recruiting and attracting the best talent for the warehouse operative roles.Reporting, recording and tracking the weekly recruitment activity.Liaising with the marketing team to place adverts for warehouse operatives and reviewing marketing campaigns.Supporting with the daily and weekly payroll submission.Shop floor presence and first point of contact for the agency colleagues.Building relationships with the warehouse operational team and becoming an extension of the warehouse team.As an Onsite Recruitment Manager you will need to have:

A good standard of verbal and written English.Good communication and organizational skills.Previous experience of working as an onsite manager, senior consultant or team leader or contract manager is required.People management skills.Flexible approach to shifts and working hours.Ability of working independently and as a part of a team.Sense of humor, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
