Onsite Recruitment Coordinator Opportunity

Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Onsite Recruitment Coordinator. In this role you will supply temporary workers to our clients incredibly successful driving operation in Brinklow.

To thrive in this role, you ll be customer focused, not afraid to get on the phone, committed to providing the best possible service and a natural problem solver. Experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be great but is by no means essential. If you have transferrable skills, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.

What you ll do as Onsite Recruitment Coordinator

This role is all about pace, helping candidates find the best jobs, problem solving and maximising the candidate experience and working environment. This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:

Fulfillment of staffing requirements to meet client deadlinesRecruitment, selection, and onboarding of workersInputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring the information is accurateTaking responsibility for administrative processes such as absences and change requestsManaging compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposesProviding a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently The skills you ll develop as Onsite Recruitment Coordinator
