An Onsite Account Manager with people management skills opportunity for a specialist recruitment company in Hartlepool. This active and varied role is available a processing industrial site in Hartlepool. This onsite recruitment role is to manage and support this key site, ensuring staffing fulfilment, compliance, safety and communications are managed.

Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a specialist recruitment company. This is an onsite, role, mainly at one site in Hartlepool, working 7-3pm Monday to Friday.

Duties will include

Operational communications with all the site management, ensuring fulfilment of staffing numbers, compliance, safety and welfare. Shop floor supervision and safety checks to support the workforce. Development of your teams of workforce, supporting their challenges and career development, including 1-1s, KPI management and day to day task management. Daily communication and planning meetings with the site management. Completion of quality audits and reports. Progressive on the job training with great opportunities to take formal qualifications. Managing stakeholders at all levels. Completion of payroll data and absence management. HR meetings with your workforce. You will :

Be highly experienced in people management or a recruiter within the industrial sector, onsite managed services sector or similar. Have managed industrial workforces to manage safety and performance. Be highly compliant with AWR, right to work checks, GDPR and database management. Confident, articulate and driven. You will be required to travel to sub sites and potentially cover colleagues sites in the area and therefore a full driving licence and car is required.

The details:

Working standard hours of 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, offering GBP28,500 basic, plus GBP1000 on call allowance. (Subject to experience you may be required to support other sites and be eligible for car allowance.)
