â*Onnie needs to be adopted within a few short hours to Atlanta, GA, as she gets carsick if she has eaten.*
Meet, Onnie! She is a cute hairless 12 month old Xolo, weighing in at a lean 13lbs. She loves to eat and could stand to gain a little bit of weight. Onnie is an active girl who blended right into the routine in her foster home. She enjoys toys and playing with other dogs, but can be needy and a little anxious. She's eager to please and treat motivated, so she is sure to be a fun trickster once she settles in.
Onnie will require a calm, balanced dog in her future home, so she has a role model to follow. She would love to have more one on one attention, so no large packs of dogs for her, please. She is also very submissive and timid with other dogs, so a bossy type dog would be scary to her. No children under 12. A woman only home is required. She does not care for men. She will need a fenced yard, as she won't potty on leash and she is not leash trained. She also really loves running and playing in the fenced yard!
She is fearful when she meets new people, especially multiple people at once, as well as men. She'll need patience, space and understanding when entering her new forever home. She will settle in quickly and bond hard to her female person. She has separation anxiety and will prefer to sleep with her human at night, otherwise she will protest by barking for hours.
She is potty trained with a regular and consistent schedule, but she does have the occasional accident. Overall, Onnie is an adoring dog to her human, and is a Velcro dog who will want to be with her human as often as doggedly possible. Onnie is good with other dogs, big or small, and she is fine with cats. She is fostered near Atlanta, GA, and her adoption fee is $400.
