Their ambitious nature means they are continually looking to the future, seeking new challenges. They are searching for an Office Manager to join their successful, small team.
Your new role
Run all aspects of the company's administration. Banking reconciliations for all orders and invoices.Invoice processing.Credit control.Updating the in-house database with supplier information.Order management.General office management and duties.Dealing with suppliers and updating on delivery dates.Chasing up couriers.What you'll need to succeed
Experience with Sage, ideally Sage 200.The ability to manage day to day operations in all aspects of finance and administration.A positive, motivated attitude towards work.Previous administration experience.What you'll get in return
Competitive salary between 27,000- 28,000.Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30.A bonus scheme which is dependent on performance.28 days holiday and shut over Christmas. This doesn't come out of the standard holidays.What you need to do now
