An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate individual to join a knowledgeable company providing efficient and flawless service as Office Manager. The company based in a village location near Bicester, is seeking someone to with a varied Administration background to cover all PA/Office Manager duties.
Working hours consist of 40 hours per week, 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday based predominantly in the office.
Provide diary management support to the Deputy CEOReport writing / reviewsSupport construction processProvide administrative support to all online salesBook venues, meetings and eventsProvide administrative support to all board meetings including preparation and management of monthly board packs.Take meeting minutes as requiredAssist Deputy CEO with private engagements, personal shopping and medical appointmentsComplete general research tasks both in industry and non–industry related tasks.Organise travel support for all senior and relief managers.Supporting our planning team with all administrative tasks to do with planning applications, legal challenges etc.Support directors with the compiling of monthly expense claims.Assist with the management of website contentAssist any change to marketing material – managing the sign off processWork closely with Senior team to ensure that content is appropriateAssist with the management of the Company fleet including: InsuranceServicingFuel card allocationTolls and charges Ensure that the office has supplies for catering, cleaning etcManage any requirements for building maintenanceManage off–site archiving processAuthorising invoices for cleaners, archiving Key Competencies
