23,000 per annum Colwick, Nottingham, 100% office based Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm Key Responsibilities:
Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires Assist in conducting new employee inductions and explaining company policies Support in offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital Assist in maintaining the HR database and files for compliance Respond to employee enquiries Assist in resolving basic employee queries and issues, escalating complex matters to the Office Manager Support in organising employee recognition programs and events Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Perks and Benefits:
