My Architectural client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team on a 1 year maternity cover basis.
Your role will include answering incoming telephone calls, meeting and greeting customers and booking meeting rooms, assisting management with monitoring employee utilisation and studio financial stability. Additionally. Providing inductions and health and safety information, proficient Office 365 skills and using internal project management software for building up rapport.
The suitable candidate will have a professional demeanour, problem solving skills and someone who is well organised/ experience in a similar role is essential.
This role is office based, with the working hours being hybrid based, 3 days per week on site, 2 days at home, 9am-5pm.
