We require and customer facing individual to provide customer and administration support to this region sales and training office. You will have solid administration experience but most importantly great customer facing skills.
Duties to include, but not limited to:-
• Take all incoming phone calls to main office
• Monitor/Administer company email
• Post - Open daily and distribute
• Administer Parts delivered/received - book goods, label items with job number.
• Data entry of existing stock holding within company database
• Provide support during training and client visitor days
