About the Role:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency.

Key responsibilities to include:

Answering incoming calls and taking messages Managing incoming and outgoing post Coordinating office supplies procurement Advising companies of client address changes Assisting with bulk mailouts Handling administrative tasks as needed
