Position: Odoo IT Specialist must have API experience

Suitable for: Odoo IT Specialist, Odoo Consultant, Odoo Developer or Software Developer with API and ERP experience

Location: Knaresborough (this role is 100% onsite)

Salary: GBP30k - GBP50k DOE

Our client is looking for an Odoo IT Specialist to assist with the implementation of the new API system and it s roll out across the company. This project is part of a big transition from Navision to Odoo expected to last at least 2-3 years.

Essential Skills / Attributes:

Min 2 years experience as an Odoo IT Specialist, Odoo Consultant or Odoo Developer OR Software Developer with API and ERP experience Must have strong API experience Basic code knowledge of Python and SQL Experience of transitioning from one ERP system to another Must be a team play with hands-on approach Ability to multitask whilst still paying attention to detail and having sense of urgency High level of numeracy and IT skills Preferrable:

Odoo functional and technical skills OR (if no Odoo experience), another ERP software package

Odoo IT Specialist Responsibilities:

To effectively manage the day to day Odoo IT requirements of the company whilst continuously monitoring these needs and creating / implementing new software and systems where required. To include:

Implementation of a new API system into the business and working closely with other business users and teams Build an effective suite of reports for the new API system Assisting the internal team with the transition Transferring data from Navision to Odoo Setting up individuals onto the new system and ensuring their system is functional and specific for their role Create pathways and business specific software to improve service and functionality To apply: Please follow the online application process and upload your CV, in Word format
