Being a non-for-profit organisation ensures that they continually reinvest in their staff and the essential healthcare services and support that they provide.

The role involves working across a varied remit and includes working on Management Referrals and Case Management as well as conducting telephone and video consultations, providing health assessments and screening and general advice on matters relating to health and wellbeing.

There is a really wide mix of commercial clients for this role so the workload will be varied, challenging and very interesting.

The role will encompass a mixture of client site visits across the local area and occasionally the wider region but will also involve some home working so offers a lot of autonomy and a good work / life balance.

Ideally, the role will be full time but a job share / part time hours may be considered.

Applications are welcome from experienced Occupational Health Nurses / Advisors - A formal Occupational Health qualification would be desirable but is by no means essential as good Occupational Health experience alone would be considered.

This role would suit Occupational Health Nurses who are looking for a new challenge and greater variation in their work, alongside a more autonomous and self-managed routine.
