Salary: GBP11.53 - GBP12.43 per hour (with Qualification enhancements available)

Contract: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities: Your role as Nursery Deputy Manager encompasses:

Collaborating in the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly room checks and associated action plans

Active monitoring and appropriate handling of accident trends

Inspiring and managing your team, providing tailored motivation and training aligned with unit needs

Efficient resource management, routine organization, and seamless communication with senior management

Expertise in creating settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journey

Unwavering commitment to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery

Minimum Qualifications:
