Skills and Responsibilities

Assessing new potential residents into the HomeAdmissions and discharging planning of residentsAdministering oxygenFollow up to ensure care plans are being carried out in the day to day residents' care.Overseeing a team of care assistantsLiaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Nurse Requirements

Hold a relevant nursing qualification Be registered with the NMC Have satisfactory references Have the right to work in the UK
