The post holder will be responsible for Managing a 22 bedded residential unit in Watford and 22 beds in Towcester, Northants, floating between both treatment centres which caters for substance misuse treatment, suffering from a range of mental health problems and physical problems. - Watford to Towcester is 50 miles.

Ensure the delivery of high quality, clinical and person-centred health care to meet the needs of the client group To develop effective partnership working with the key stakeholders within the health and clinical setting to ensure quality care provision to clients A working knowledge of safeguarding, substance misuse issues and legislation is key as is the ability to recognise indicators of substance misuse and the issues that service users might face. To support and assist in MDT meetings in coordinating best evidence care practises.
