What will you be responsible for?
Administration Services in support of the NTR Responder management team (e.g. calendar management, Inboxes, duty rosters)
Organise meetings and recruitment for Offsite Response and Responder Management varying from individual interviews to larger department meetings/events, including facilitating hospitality and equipment
Supporting quality and safety assurance, ensuring PPE, RPE, clearances and training for responders is all up to date.
Routine checks of all personnel details, in line with GDPR.
Recruitment, appointment, coordination, and maintenance of both CT and NEO NTR operational responders
Working closely with internal stakeholders for the above recruitment and maintenance of responders.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting continuous improvement and implementing solutions as required.

Ideally, we are looking for the successful candidate to demonstrate some of the following criteria:
Good, clear communication skills, both written and oral, and able to exchange information in a clear and concise manner
Adopts a flexible approach and responds positively to change
Good IT skills and experience of utilising Microsoft Office tools
Organisational skills; capable of multi-tasking, identifying and managing priorities to meet challenging time scales
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Delivering professional transactional administration or customer facing services
Promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality
High attention to detail and organisation
Knowledge of nuclear security and counter terrorism
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
