THE WARWICK LODGE IS NOT LIKE THE AVERAGE HOLIDAY LODGE AS IT IS A DOUBLE FRONTED LODGE AND IS VERY SPACIOUS INSIDE AND OUT. WE ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE SITUATED IN A STUNNING PEACEFUL LOCATION BY THE RIVER ON BOCKENFIELD COUNTRY PARK WHICH IS NOW PART OF FELMOOR PARK. THE LODGE HAS EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR A LUXURY BREAK. THE LARGE DECKED AREA OVER LOOKS THE RIVER AND HAS A PRIVATE SIX PERSON HOT TUB WITH LIE DOWN SECTION FEATURE WATERFALLS AND COLOUR CHANGING LIGHTS.

The Warwick lodge is on Bockenfield country Park near Felton, near the A1 between the ancient market towns of Morpeth and Alnwick. Perfectly situated within a 10 minute drive East to the beautiful Northumberland coastline and also the Cheviot Hills close by to the west.

The 3 Bedroom lodge has a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing area and ensuite shower/toilet, 1 x double bedroom with small double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers, 1 x twin room with 2 x single beds fitted wardrobe and drawers. The main bathroom has full size bath with over bath shower, basin and toilet.

The large open living area has 2 x full size sofas, foot stool and freeview tv, extendable oak dining table looking out over river, The kitchen area with breakfast bar has fridge/freezer, dishwasher,full size oven/hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils needed for your stay.

The lodge is heated with gas central heating and also has a log flame effect fire for those cosy winter evenings.

The large decked area is a perfect sun trap for outdoor living in the summer months

with a 6 person hot tub with feature waterfall and colour changing mood lighting, table and 2 x benches and for eating out and rattan sofa, chairs and coffee table for relaxing.

Also supplied are iron, ironing board, highchair, hairdryer, all bed linen, we do not supply towels for use during your stay please remember to bring your own along.
