A mature clean and tidy person who is easy going and gets on well with others preferred. The house is within walking distance of Bayton Road, Walsgrave Hospital, Walsgrave Triangle, Tesco's Arena, Prologis Park and Galagar Retail park. There are bus stops to all of these locations and the city centre. As soon as you visit the house I'm confident that you will be happy with the communal areas. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful.

The house comprises a large kitchen, lounge, utility room (Washer, couple of Fridge Freezers) and two toilets.

All bills are included including Council Tax, TV Licence, Wireless Virgin Media Broadband (WIFI and TV Entertainment Pack), electricity, Water rates etc.

The room is £330 month. Remember that the location of the house would probably not suit those working in the south of the city (i.e. near the university). The room is available now. Rent must be paid Monthly.
