Nights Care Team Leader for Residential Dementia Care Home in Skegness, Lincolnshire

• Full-Time Permanent Position

• Up to GBP13.00 per hour (DoE)

• 30 - 40 Hours Per Week

• Shift Times : 9pm 7am

Seeking a Care Team Leader for Night shifts at this lovely Residential Dementia Care Home in Skegness, Lincolnshire, where the standard of services is very high and outstanding care is provided to residents.

The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.

• Currently a team leader or senior care assistant.

• Updating of care plans.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Managing Night shifts and supervising care staff.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good teamworking skills.

• Have experience of supervising a team.

• Experience of administering medication and writing and updating support plans.

• To organise and manage a rostering process so that sufficient staff are provided at all times.

• Doing supervision and appraisals.
