The 8000 square metre facility based in Barnham, West Sussex processes and dispatches over 11 million plants per year, all across the U.K.

About the Job

Responsibility to plan and deliver the daily onjextives through your teamCarry out regular checks on quality of both products and serviceSupport and coach the team, carrying out regular one2onesEnsure there is collaboration and teamwork across your reportsManage self and team to ensure decisions are made in a timely mannerMeet company and legislative standards in relation to ensuring a safe place to work and everyone is meeting their obligationsThe Ideal Candidate

A good understanding of process will be a huge advantage but they are looking for someone who will continue to put their people first across the night time activities. It will be key that you will also be able to ensure the safe and effective operation of seasonal and agency staff to meet seasonal demand and KPI's. You will be passionate about delivering the very best quality to our customers and will thrive in a collaborative and often complex environment. You will be eager to hit KPI's and strive towards the overall efficiency of the operation.
