I am looking for someone to takeover my contract which runs until the 13th of July as I only needed the apartment for the first semester. Takeover can start as early as the 24th of December. The contract will be directly between you and Vita Student. Important: Vita requires you to be a full-time student to rent the accommodation. Note that all bills are included in the price.

The room is one of the classic rooms with the following features:
