The Sunrise Lodge Annex range are mobile log cabin homes, made brand new for us by one of the biggest manufacturers in the UK, with 35 years experience in the mobile home industry, we know we are in good hands, and so can you! Most of our models are available now, whereas a new or bespoke order will take approximately 3-5 months. If there are some options you don’t like, please browse our others models as we have many variants for sale.

This model is our new Sunrise Lodge ‘Superior’, a very generous size at 40ft long x 13ft wide with 2 spacious bedrooms. The Sunrise Lodge ‘Superior’ comes fully fitted with everything you need, from the living room furniture, to kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, en-suite and beds.

The Annex range are all fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, full gas central heating from combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack. This model is finished with stunning CanExel cladding with 15yr warranty. Alternatively, if ordering a new build, you can choose from a range of cladding and window colours.

The living space is very generous, semi open plan with plenty of windows flooding the room with light. The living and dining suite are all included, plus flame effect electric fire, storage and reinforced wall with points for TV & HDMI. The kitchen & dining area continues to impress, with lots of work space and cupboards, huge American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, integrated washer/ dryer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob with extractor fan.

Down the hall you have the bedrooms; an L-Shaped twin room allowing more space to move around, with freestanding single beds, mattresses, radiators, storage lockers and wardrobes. Then a larger master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, walk in wardrobe, dressing area and even an en-suite with shower!

Back across the hall you have the main bathroom, another good sized room with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator.
