The model on show is a generous size at 38ft x 13ft with 3 large bedrooms. This Sunrise Lodge comes fully fitted with everything you need, excluding the living room furniture and beds, it includes kitchen and appliances, bathrooms and walk in wardrobe.

Sunrise Lodges are fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, gas central heating from combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack. This model is finished with stunning ‘Barista’ CanExel low maintenance cladding, with 15yr warranty. The beautiful Graphite Grey windows compliment this cladding nicely.

The living room is very bright and spacious with lots of windows and front opening French doors. Throughout the space you have fitted radiators, as well as a reinforced wall with upper and lower points for TV & HDMI.

The kitchen is impressive with lots of workspace and cupboards, integrated large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and oven & hob with extractor fan. Down the hall you have three bedrooms, all with beds & mattresses, radiators and wardrobes. The larger master bedroom fits a King Sized bed & bedside tables. It also benefits from fitted wardrobes and radiator heating,

Back across the hall you have the main bathroom, a very good sized room with a full size bath, overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator. And also another spare toilet and basin room opposite. You can also choose a large shower option in this layout, if you prefer.
