The model on show is adapted with wider doors and a large shower option to provide ample access throughout. Also choose a full wetroom option with this layout. A generous overall size at 40ft x 13ft with 2 large double bedrooms. The Oak Tree Lodge comes fully fitted with everything you need, excluding the living room furniture, it includes kitchen and appliances shown, bathrooms and wardrobes. If you would like it furnished we can offer this too, with 3 piece suite and dining table with 4 chairs.

Our Lodges are fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, gas central heating from combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack; the best on the market! This model is finished with stunning low maintenance cladding with 10yr warranty. The living room is very bright and spacious with lots of windows and front opening French doors. Throughout the space you have radiator heating, as well as a reinforced wall with upper and lower points for TV & HDMI.

The modern kitchen is impressive with lots of work space and cupboards, integrated large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and oven & hob with extractor fan. The bathroom and master bedroom doors are extra wide to allow for wheelchair access.
