Essential Experience:

2+ years new build sales experienceAn employment profile demonstrating a stable working career

Day to day duties:

Responding to initial enquiry's from right move of directly from the websiteSelling homes off plan from a show homeArranging appointments and conducting viewingsUpkeep of the sales & marketing suiteProgressing the sales from reservation to completion including liaising with solicitors & legal teamsLiaising with the Sales Management team to negotiate offersConducting home demonstrations pre completionHosting events
