TSR are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client, a leading 5 UK Housebuilder for their development based in Hull.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:
Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointmentsTrack and respond to all leads an enquiriesShowing potential clients around propertiesControlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth saleNegotiating and securing salesEnsuring potential buyers are financially qualifiedUpdate internal CRM systems You must be the following to be successful in this role:
Target driven individualPrevious experience of selling New HomesAble to self motivate and work independentlyHave a full clean driving license and use of own carBe well presented at all timesHave exceptional written and verbal communication skills In return you will receive a competitive package of GBP26,500 basic + car allowance + Bonus and company benefits.
