They are currently seeking an additional New Business Administrators to provide administrative support and be the first point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries regarding their applications. This can include but not be limited to:
Responding efficiently to enquiries from existing and prospective customers, intermediaries and other relevant third parties ensuring a helpful solution is offered in all instances.Issuing relevant literature, illustrations and application forms for savings accounts, mortgages and additional loans to prospective and existing customers and to intermediaries.Respond to requests for progress updates from customers or intermediaries between receipt of the application and the Completion of a mortgage account.Contact and liaise with their existing mortgage customers to provide details of alternative products at the end of their Mortgage product Whilst financial services experience is handy, it is not essential, however, you will possess proven communication and organisational/administrative skills, where your experience has been gained within environment where you have been involved in dealing with customer enquiries and/or administration, coupled with being organised, articulate and with a willingness to learn.
